Yes…if you have forgotten to include the details needed to create your order in the personalizaton field provided, you can send me a message through Etsy including all the necessary info needed to make your sign. If I don’t receive the personalization needed to create your order, I will know to look through my messages for the info before I attempt to contact you.

Q. I just purchased a 'Photo Block Ornament', How do I send my pic(s)?

A. Please include ALL personalized info for your ornament in the personalization field provided at the time of purchase. You can't attach photos at the time of purchase so please send us an Etsy message with your photos attached...we know to look there for your photos when it is time to create your order.
