Yes, we can personalize the mobile with your baby's name. You need to add a note to the order or contact me. And we always accept custom orders. We can create a mobile using your chosen colors, toys. I will be very happy to create something original and personal as well as bring your ideas to life.

Mobile sizing:
- The diameter of the ring is 20 - 23 cm (~7.8 - 9.05 in).
- Full length ~ 40 - 50 cm (~15.7 - 19.6 in).
- Weight ~ 100 - 300 grams.

Washing is impossible, can be wiped with a dry or damp cloth.
Rinsing. You can rinse in clean, warm water with light movements without compression and twisting.
Drying. For drying, you can put a felt toy between 2 layers of towels and squeeze out water in a soaking motion.

We are sending all over the world and all packages have a registration number, they can be tracked in the Post tracking system.

We're not responsible for items held up in customs in your country, all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred.

Please note that these are estimates, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, natural disasters, pandemics, seasonal holidays, parcels being held up in customs, etc. We do not consider an item lost up to 6 weeks. Registered parcels can be located if undelivered.

By international postal regulations for registered packages, your national postal service must deliver parcel to door. In order to avoid theft, delivery needs signature. In case the customer is not at home, the postman must leave a note with instructions for the customer regarding how to rearrange another try for delivery OR where to pick up the item in person. It's not our fault if your postal service fails to comply with these rules. You need to contact them and file a complaint at your local post office.
If you fail to pick up your parcel, it will be sent back to us. The period of storage of the parcel at the post office is 14 working days.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days after arrival - we would find a way out.

In case of a cancellation or return the return shipment is paid by the customer. The parcel must be packed well. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
After receiving the parcel, we will refund you the order cost. Shipping cost NOT refunded.

Please note that if the item is returned due to being unclaimed, the buyer covers shipping costs and, if required, re-shipping costs at all times.

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the office, or requires re-equipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees. Only after the Seller gets the parcel back the Buyer can get the refund. The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport service commissions, PayPal and Etsy fees.
