Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) is a revered herb with a long history of traditional use in European, Asian, and Native American healing systems. Recognized by its fuzzy, silver-green leaves and slightly bitter aroma, Mugwort is often referred to as Common Wormwood or St. John’s Plant, in reference to its association with John the Baptist. Historically, it was said that John the Baptist carried Mugwort in the wilderness for spiritual protection, a practice echoed in folklore across cultures.

Dream Pillows: Dried Mugwort is traditionally placed under pillows to encourage lucid dreaming and more vivid dream recall.
Smudging & Incense: Burned in rituals or mixed with resins for ceremonial incense, often used for cleansing and energetic protection.
Folk Magic & Botanica: Common in protection and prophetic dream spells; used in mojo bags, spiritual baths, and oil infusions.
Herbal Oils: Infused into carrier oils to create dream or ritual botanical blends.

🍵 Culinary & Herbal Uses
Flavor Profile: Mildly bitter with earthy, herbaceous tones.
Pairings: Complements herbs in the mint family (peppermint, spearmint) and florals like chamomile and lavender.

Excellent communications and product. Well packaged and fresh. A little snag on the shipping but that was on the deliverer not the shipper. Return shopper for sure.
