Do I need to read the FAQ?

Yes! This FAQ is filled with very useful information :)

Please make sure you want to purchase the item(s) in your cart before hitting the purchase button, as I usually do not accept order cancellations. Order cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase are granted on a case-by-case basis, usually depending on whether or not the materials for your order have already been purchased by the shop.

Return/Exchange requests are granted on a case by case basis, within 7 days of delivery. I no longer accept returns for any reason other than a fault on the shop's end, if contacted within the 7 day period. This is because all pieces in the shop are custom made and personal to the buyer. SIZING ISSUE: I will do my best to process an Exchange, depending on the availability of replacement materials. Please correspond with me about sizing BEFORE you place an order and remember that it is important that you read the description of an item before purchase, as that is where sizing, shipping and other important information pertaining to the item you will receive is noted. You may be asked to cover shipping costs of a Return or Exchange.

Each item is hand braided and/or hand dyed, therefore should be carefully hand washed and hung to dry. Washing items with adornments/charms: I recommend clipping your threads to a clothes line by the charms/adornments (so the rest of the piece hangs below). Then spray the fabric with soap & warm water, carefully avoiding the pendants, until the fabric is completely saturated. Let sit for ~20 min, and then spray with only water to "rinse". You can wring out the item a bit with your hand during this step to help remove all the soap :) Then, hang dry!

While my clothes are all designed for dance/flow movement, not all of my items are fire friendly! A handful of outfits are made from a poly blend, and are not recommended for fire spinning. All fire safe items are titled “Fire Safe”, made from 95% or more cotton, and the listing will indicate this in both the materials & description section. Please don’t hesitate to reach out; I will happily clarify any uncertainty you may have when shopping. Want to spin fire in an outfit that is not fire safe? I can recreate most of my poly-blend pieces in Cotton as a custom similar to the listing. Just ask!

The shop does offer an order prioritization/expedited shipping service. You must message the shop BEFORE purchasing the item that you wish to have delivered early. (PLEASE DO NOT ENTER RUSH REQUESTS INTO THE ORDER NOTES SECTION OF A PURCHASE WITHOUT HAVING SPOKEN TO ME FIRST). If I am able to meet your deadline, then you will place your order with Etsy as usual and we will process the rush fee afterwards. You will receive an official Etsy confirmation updating the delivery date once your rush payment has been received. The fee for this service depends on how busy the shop currently is, and the quantity of other customers who have also rushed an order. Please feel free to message me about your deadlines and I'll do my best to work it out :)

I ship all of my items with USPS, and I cover standard shipping costs. Please contact me if you would like to purchase shipping insurance for your order, or if you would like your package shipped with a different shipping service. If a package is lost in the mail, this is not considered a fault of the shop, though I will work with USPS to file a Missing Mail Claim on your behalf.

In Person Interaction

For privacy related reasons, I do not do any in-person deliveries/pickups/meet-ups, for any reason.

These fire safe arm warmers are intricately hand braided, featuring delicate silver rings woven down each arm. They are stretchy and can be secured by lacing the string at the top around the arm.

There will be a bit less lacing on your sleeves than as seen in the images. The sleeve design has been re-worked a bit, and the string will wrap 1-2 times around the arm!
