These dresses are IT. It is very rare to find a Blum's Vogue out here in the wild and they are mostly seen in the Chicago History Museum as helping to shape Michigan Ave into the "Magnificent Mile". A Blum's Vogue dress is a couture garment of fashion history. Period. This piece is tailored to perfection and along with the metal, side zipper, there is a 3-tiered, lace, peplum style skirt fastened with 2 snaps along the back as well as a hidden hook and eye.
