Every piece I create is individually handmade, glazed and fired at 1240°C for the best quality assurance and strength. Given the nature of ceramics and glazes, items may slightly vary in color or shape, making each one unique and giving them character.
The glazed parts may have small bubbles, black spots or concave holes etc. These are normal process phenomena and they do not affect the use or the aesthetics.
Unglazed clay surface is not porous but it is recommended not to have frequent contact with liquids, such as oil or wine, where they can leave a permanent light stain on the surface of the clay.
All ceramic materials are lead free and food safe.
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
Hand washing is recommended to maintain the piece in its best condition.

Ceramics in Greece and Greek pottery history:
Greece has a long tradition in the manufacture of ceramics since antiquity.
In fact the word "ceramics" comes from the Greek word Keramikos (area of potters in ancient Athens), which in turn comes from the word "keramos", which means pottery clay.
In history of art, ceramics are art objects such as tableware, utilitarian and decorative ceramics.
From the ancient arts that have been recorded with archaeological findings and characterize the culture of each seasonal.
