Oh YES! I can combine shipping!! I automatically will refund shipping overages with multiple items purchased. I do ship from Canada, and have tried to set up the shipping charges so they automatically charge the correct amount so sometimes there won't be any overages even with multiple items purchased. Shipping from Canada, we often use USPS or other US originating shipping partners to keep shipping costs low... This often means delivery can take time. Please be patient!
