Custom and personalized orders

🖼️ Do you offer custom sizes? Yes — we specialize in true custom framing and personalization. If you have an unusual size, just message us with your dimensions and what you’re framing. We’ll guide you and create the perfect fit.

📏 What size frame should I order? Our frames are measured by inside dimensions — the size of the item you are framing. Example: If your photo or diploma is 8x10, you will order an 8x10 frame. Not sure? Send us a quick message — we’re happy to double-check your size before you order.

Wholesale availability

🤝 Do you offer wholesale pricing? Yes — we work with businesses, photographers, and artists. Send us a message with what you’re looking for and we’ll be happy to help.

🔁 Do you accept returns on custom orders?

Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, custom orders are non-returnable. That said — if there is ever an issue, we will always work with you to make it right.

📦 Will my frame arrive safely? Absolutely. We’ve shipped thousands of frames and use secure, proven packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.
