You will typically receive the toe rings, midi rings and simple rings in a cute jewelry bag. Any other order will be sent in a nice jewelry box with a green ribbon, ready for gift giving to yourself (you earned it!) or someone else.

Actually, I will accept a return on custom or personalized order, only if the item has not been worn (especially earrings) and if I can put this item back in my shop:
- I will accept returns for birthstone rings with 1 stone, sizes 5 through 8. Other sizes are harder to resale.
- I am sorry I cannot accept returns for mother rings with 2 or more stones, unless of course I made a mistake in the order. These are made especially for you, at your size and with your colors or months.
- Very special custom orders (for example something we designed together), will have to be treated case by case. Thank you for your understanding.

Processing time is the time between when you placed your order and when it leaves my home.
It will depend whether the item is ready to be shipped or has to be made just for you.

There is a reduced shipping for all the toe rings and midi rings, no matter how many you buy.
When you place your order, you can choose between first class (economic) USPS mail or Priority (fast) mail. Delivery confirmation is always included for USA mail.

Toe rings and midi rings have reduced shipping. They will be sent by first class (economic) USPS mail, unless you choose to upgrade for much more expensive Priority (fast) mail.
For all other shipments, I feel sorry that the shipping prices are so high. You can choose first class (economic) USPS mail with added insurance. You can also choose to upgrade for Priority (fast) mail, including tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance.


Earth Jewelry cannot be responsible for loss occurring during shipping and cannot guarantee delays in the shipping process once the package has left our home.

Sterling silver or sterling silver filled jewelry will eventually tarnish as it is exposed to the oxygen in the air. The good news is that it is easy to take care of and clean it.
To clean your silver jewelry, simply rub it with a special silver cloth, following the grain of the silver.
Or try to clean it with just soap and water. If it is not enough, you can also dip it in a cleaning solution for sterling silver and rinse. Just be careful not to dip pearls or porous stones like turquoise.

- Avoid direct contact with hairspray, lotion and make up
