Our custom frame packages include the frame, glass or framing-grade plexiglass (depending on the size), acid-free foamcore and bendable tabs. We will standardly use sawtooth hangers, but wire is available upon request.

We use regular glass on picture frames up to 11x14 and high grade regular plexi on sizes larger than 11x14 to prevent breakage during transit. Our plexi is thick & high quality.

We also offer several UV protective & nonglare/antiglare upgrades in our shop.

Our picture frames size options are made to fit a picture that is the listed size. So an 8x10 photo frame is made to fit an 8x10 photo. This size is the backside opening of the frame.

We do make all of our frames to order, so if you need a specific size please message us for pricing & a custom listing.

Our corkboards, dry erase boards, and bulletin boards are all made to the OUTSIDE DIMENSION of the frame. This way you can measure your space & know what will fit! This also means the usable surface area is smaller than the listed dimension (depending on the frame you choose!

We offer both wall hanging & tabletop options for all of our picture frames.

If you would like your frame to hang on a wall, you can choose: "vertical", "horizontal" or "both ways. If you select "both ways" we will add hardware in both directions so you can decide the orientation later. We standardly use sawteeth, but wire is available upon request.

If you would like your frame as a tabletop piece with an easel back stand, select "tabletop" from the dropdown menu. We offer easel backs on most frames up to 11x14.

We custom make all of our frames to order, so once you place your order we will begin making your frame. The processing time for each frame is listed on that product page and usually varies from 1 to 3 weeks (plus shipping). We pride ourselves on our craft & take the time to make sure that each frame looks great!

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. We do ship to Alaska & Hawaii & Canada for an additional charge. Please contact in advance for details.

Our box & packaging must be saved & any returned items must be sent back in our original packaging. If you receive a damaged frame, photos of the box & packaging are required & the original packaging must be retained for any returns.
Please contact us immediately with photos of: your damaged item, the box & the packaging. Returns will not be processed without images of the box & packaging. Returns can not be completed without our original packaging.
Do not dispose of the box if you have an issue with your order.

We will issue a return label for approved orders with a return window of 7 days.
