Yes, rush production is an additional charge per order (not per item). Etsy will calculate the rush charge for you during checkout. We will create your entire order in one business day with this upgrade. Shipping is still the standard USPS shipping with rush production. We do not offer a faster shipping method at this time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Not all products can be rushed, and only domestic orders can be rushed at this time.

We don't include paperwork in our boxes. As our name EcoEngrave suggests, we try to reduce waste wherever possible, including unnecessary paper waste. As a result, we don't offer a gift message service, even by request. The Order Notes section is only for instructions on how to complete an order, so any gift message left there will not be included.

Our discounts start at 10% on orders above $1,000 USD before shipping or taxes. Additionally, shipping over $35 USD is free in the lower 48 states. We do combine shipping for items where shipping is charged, and the shipping is calculated by Etsy for you. Some products have free shipping by default.

No, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Etsy calculates an estimated delivery window for you automatically. We do not control when your package is delivered. We will make every effort to ship your order on time. Orders often ship early.

The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, our processing time, weather, our location, and the shipping carrier. Other factors—like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday,—may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, Etsy's estimates are only an estimate. We do not under any condition guarantee delivery dates.

No. Please do not provide an emoji or special character anywhere in your order notes for any reason. If you provide us with a special character or an emoji in your order notes, it will print on the order sheet as a "?", and you will get an engraving that has a "?" on it. We will not provide a replacement or a refund for an order that is made with an "?" on it. Emojis are trademarked, they're usually color, and they are not engravable. Please do not provide us engraving notes for other languages, as we can only engrave Latin based characters.

We're happy to change the shipping address if we're able to catch it, but it's not guaranteed, even if your request is sent immediately after the order was placed. If we ship to the address you provided instead, we will not be liable to reship or refund. Address changes placed in the 'note to seller' are not guaranteed.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, you will be required to pay the actual cost of shipping and handling to reship the package, even if the order qualified for free shipping. Examples for when you will need to pay for reshipment: the package was refused, the address or name provided was incorrect or incomplete, etc. All reshipments for any reason, including remakes, must be sent to the original shipping address.

No. Unless we have express permission from the trademark owner that we can use a logo or name for us to sell products for a profit, we absolutely do not engrave anything trademarked. We do not engrave Greek letters or words, and we do not do the names or initials of fraternities or sororities for any reason. We do not engrave the names of universities, schools, military branches or any other organization. The exception to this rule would be if you can provide, on letterhead, permission to use a name, logo or design from the property authority at your institution for the purpose of making products for a profit.

No, we do not offer proofs. We want to ship your order as quickly as possible, and proofs disrupt our workflow. In some select cases, we may offer a proof for orders of $1000 or more before making a large run of items. We do not offer proofs by request.

We are unable to add products to or cancel an order you've already placed. If you need more products than you have already purchased, you'll need to place a new order and possibly pay separate shipping.
