Month & 1/2 of nightmare purchase from seller. Purchased what I thought ( my mistake ) very expensive print thinking it was an original Print was muted in color & out of focus, rolled in tube . Seller response was no refunds and it was rare & a limited print . Created a authentication certificate ( templates on internet) & then said was a 20 year family heirloom ! I confirmed with printer it was $65 and NOT limited , NOT old . Canvas was brand new ! Etsy Customer service DID resolve matter this seller had NO INTENTIONS of resolving. The fake excuses just kept coming. Seller & shop should be banned from ETSY. Really a nightmare. Purchased 8/17/2023 resolved 9/30/2023. Still selling print !!!!!!!! “ Little Village of Haiti”

Hello Robin, First of all, it is not my fault that you did not read the description. The art was not muted in color. If you examine it you will see that it is indeed beautiful and your comment is only your opinion. I noticed that you posted some lies that are not true.
