My daughter sews and creates historical recreations. While surfing the net she showed me a pair of earrings from the French Revolution that depicted the beheading of King Louis XVI. I thought, I could make that on my Glowforge! Here is the SVG file so you can laser cut your own pair. You will need jump rings and earring hooks to put it all together. Guillotine Earrings are 3" long and should be laser cut from 1/8" thick plywood or hard wood.

The SVG is designed in color. Each color represents a separate step when laser cutting. You can cut this file on any laser cutter that can read SVG files.

Laser cut your own Guillotine Earrings. See a color SVG sample in photos above. Laser Cut the steps in this order:

1: BLUE = Score HQ
2: GREEN = 1st Cut
3: PINK = 2nd Cut
4: BLACK = 3rd Cut
5: RED = Last Cut

I use the free program Inkscape to design these SVG files (download at: inkscape.org). If you need any other format other than SVG you will need to open the SVG in Inkscape and SAVE AS > (choose: PDF, DXF, etc...) I also teach a course called: Learn Inkscape For Glowforge.
