☆ YES – SEND DIRECT = the card will include your message inside and will be sent directly to the recipient. For this option, please ensure the shipping address is that of the recipient's at the time of ordering.

We always aim to process orders as soon as possible, however, in peak times such as Christmas, Mother’s Day etc., this can take anything between 1 – 3 working days.

☆ DELIVERY ESTIMATES ☆

All orders are now shipped via 1st Class post within the processing times given upon ordering and Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1 – 2 working days from dispatch. Please be aware that, as this is not a tracked or guaranteed delivery service, we are unable to guarantee a specific date for delivery. The estimates given by Etsy at the time of ordering are NOT guaranteed dates and, during peak times or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than anticipated.
There is an option upon checkout to upgrade to Special Delivery, which Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day after dispatch. PLEASE NOTE: the processing times (as above) will remain the same.

☆ PACKAGING ☆

For all orders comprising multiple cards, please note they will all be shipped together in one postal package to the shipping address provided. If you would like individual cards to go to separate addresses, these will have to be ordered separately to include the recipient’s shipping address.
The cards themselves will be supplied with their own individual envelopes and will be placed inside a cello bag for their protection. If you would prefer not to have a cello bag included, please state this upon checkout. All orders will be posted out in a board backed envelope or postal box (depending upon the size of the order).

If an item has been personalised, this is non-returnable.

If the item has not been personalised and you have simply changed your mind and no longer require it, please contact us in the first instance, within 7 days of receipt, to request the return. This item can then be returned to us at a cost to you (buyer pays the returns postage). Please ensure you receive proof of postage from the Post Office prior to returning the item and, once we have received it back in the original condition, we will issue a full refund, which will include the original postage (excluding the returns postage).
