INSTANTLY. Once your payment has processed. Head over to your etsy account and select the purchase you made from my shop, there will be a download button there and an email with a download link will also be sent.

💔 CAN I GET A RETURN?

NO. Due to the digital nature of these products, there are no returns or exchanges. Please read the product descriptions carefully so that you know exactly what you are purchasing. If you have any issues with the file, just send me a message and I will be happy to correct it for you. > However, if you do purchase one of the smaller Loteria bundles, but later decide you want all 54, send me a message and I will send you a coupon for the full set.

YES. Please contact me with your idea and I can give you a quote. Pricing does vary depending on the detail requested of the custom design.

💲How much do custom designs cost?

IT DEPENDS. When I accept customs - There are a couple of factors that will determine the price. Number 1 - Is this a design that I can sell in my shop once it is created? (all general designs without names or specific logos) - In this case, the price will be the same as any other design in my shop (usually between 2.49 - 3.99) ....If I cannot resell it, then this is considered a super custom piece, and ALL Custom designs start at $10.99. Depending on the complexity and the time it takes to create the design, the price can go up from there. Send me a message with the details of your idea and I will let you how much it will cost.

Can I sell things with these SVGs? 🛒

YES. You may sell physical products that YOU make with these designs. Anything from hats, shirts, cups, mugs, glassware, etc. HOWEVER, you MAY NOT sell OR share this digital file OR any part of it in any way. NO SHARING ON FACEBOOK GROUPS. Please PLEASE respect my art that I spent time creating and don't just give it away to people who did not pay for it. Also, you may NOT upload these files to print on demand sites like (but not limited to) Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, Printful, Printify, Tee Public, Zazzle, or any sites like that.
