Most of our items are made of a metal alloy that is zinc based, lead and nickel free. Almost all metal will discolor over time. Avoid moisture to prolong the beauty of your items. Do not wear when bathing or swimming. Oils and perspiration from skin will accelerate discoloration. Wipe down after wearing and store in sealed zip lock bags or tarnish resistant jewelry boxes. Small chemical free polishing cloths are available in shop. These clean and shine beautifully and can be reused until the cloths are completely soiled. Advice on sealing compounds gladly provided if requested. For silver charms I recommend Wrights Silver Cream, however dark contrast will be removed.
