I feel badly, but I no issue refunds or send replacements if tracking shows delivered.

-Your order will be sent to the address listed with your Etsy account (unless you request a different address).

-Orders are shipped out via Greek postal system, by A priority Registered mail. This shipping option requires a signature for delivery. If you can't sign in person, you can authorize someone else to sign.

-If you need a shipping method with guaranteed delivery date you can use express shipping service during checkout. A VALID PHONE NUMBER is required.

-You will receive your parcel from your National Post Carrier.

EXPRESS SHIPPING available upon checkout and a contact number is required.

If you made multiple orders - we don't combine them automatically. If you would like them to be combined - please, make a note in Comments to order or via Etsy convos.

- Custom ordered items are not returnable.
- Returns for correct order items (not due to mistake on my part) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions
- Please return items via a trackable method for your protection.
- You will be issued a refund once returned items have been received. Refund will be issued to the same method of payment as the purchase.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.

Estimated delivery times during COVID-19 Pandemic are longer than usual.
Standard shipping can take 4-8 weeks. Express shipment takes 5-10 days.

If you choose standard shipping as the shipping method, you hereby accept that your package could be delayed and it could take 4-8 weeks to be delivered.

All plated items may tarnish if they are exposed to humidity for an extended time, or if they get in contact with alcohol, which is found in perfumes. To preserve longevity, store your jewelry in a dry place and avoid spraying perfume near it.
