Do you accept returns or exchanges?

🔹Unless the mistake was mine, I DO NOT accept returns/exchanges on pieces that have been engraved or custom sized. 🔹I DO accept exchanges on blank items and necklace or bracelet chain items. ►Must be returned unworn and in brand new condition within 7 business days after receiving the item. ►Return/Reshipping cost is customers responsibility. 🔹I understand that these gifts are special. While I use 316L Stainless Steel materials that is known to withstand daily use and contact with water, I highly recommend following the care instructions below so your piece(s) last longer. •Keep it in a dry place. Take it off before bathing, exercising, swimming. •Don’t wear it in the pools, the ocean or in hot tubs. •Keep perfume, sunscreen, lotions, hairspray and other chemicals off your jewelry. •Store it in air-tight container when you don’t wear it. •Use provided cleaning cloth or soft microfiber cloth to clean.
