1. Email warranty@sherpani.com to file a warranty claim. Please include two images in your email: an image of the product in its entirety and an image of the broken/defective area of the product.

2. Allow two business days for a response.

5 Zippers, 2 non zipper pockets, a key holder inside. A magnet that you can't see in the the front love that, A handle on the bag and a strap. Love these bags great quality The one zippers goes into the whole size of the bag. I love for like your wallet important things. I have another bag like this got the grey & purple.
