- Fonts: A selection of fonts is available in the font chart in the pictures of this listing. You can select one font and let us know in the text box below the size menu . We will the send you a preview so you can see what your chosen design would look like and change if needed .

Or send us a picture of the font and we will do our best to get a font a close as possible from the idea sent.
MATERIAL :
Our doormats are made out of natural coco fibers and vinyl backing. They are selected to last in time and give you the best experience. The non slip backing will help your doormat stay in place.
UV PRINTING :
We have chosen UV printing for our custom coir mats. This process allows us a great image definition, crisp lines and rich color. UV printing last longer than spay or laser engraving . UV printing allows us as well to offer you competitive princings that we would not be able to offer you if we had used traditional printing techniques. UV printed doormats requires a certain care and will not be suitable for heavy duty use. Depending in the quantity of ink needed for printing, a residual ink odeur can occur during a few days.
PREVIEW:
We offer preview for all special custom designs, but not for regular designs as family names doormats already available in ou shop.
Please note we never send preview prior to purchase but after ordering, we will assist you to achieve your idea until you are 100% happy before printing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS :
Each doormat has been cut, shaved and printed by hand with great care to offer you a custom piece. They need some special care and attention regarding cleaning and use.
Please choose a sheltered place for your doormat as water and snow way cause ink fading and design to be damaged.
Our doormats are decorative elements, they are not made for intensive use such as professional front steps. They will do great in a home environment
To clean your doormat you can hoover it, shake it or gently beat it at the back to help the fibers release the dirt.
Do not wash your doormat, use any kind of detergent or pressure cleaner. Water will deteriorate the designs.
Damaged doormat due to incorrect use will not be refunded.

RETURN / EXCHANGE:
We do not accept returns on custom orders as the mat has been printed just for you with your own special request. If for any reason we have made a mistake, please contact us quickly so we can fix this together.
