Max & Co. Pets does not accept returns because each item we make is specifically made for you. However, our customers mean a lot to us. If there is an issue with your order, please send us a message within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Exchanges are acceptable for sizing ONLY. We want the best fit for your pup. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Item(s) need to be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Personalized / Embroidered bandanas cannot be returned/exchanged. Please make sure you measure your dog's neck before ordering. If you have trouble determining which size to order, please refer to the sizing chart or send us a message.
