If Your order is returned back to me

If your order is returned back to me because you have given an incomplete or incorrect address then you will be required to repay the shipping charges to have it resent. A refund will not be given due to the time spent making your order and parts that can't be reused.

For both silver plated and Sterling silver jewelry we advise : When your jewelry isn’t being worn, it is a good idea to store it in some sort of anti-tarnish container, such as tarnish-resistant pouch or a lined box with tarnish resistance. Also not to keep it next to other items of jewelry as this can scratch the pearls. Take off your jewelry for bathing, including washing your hands or when swimming and at night when you go to bed to reduce contact with bare skin. Lotions, cosmetics, hair spray, hair products and perfumes are also not good for silver and will accelerate tarnishing.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do try and use the gift boxes shown in the photo's but on occasions we do become out of stock and may need to use an alternative gift box than the one shown.

As per the information on the listing the standard shipping is a non tracked service. The express service is fully tracked. A tracking number will be added to your order within 1 -2 days after your order has dispatched. The number can be used on you Postal services website.
