★ Which resolution will I get on the design files?

My digital files are; 5 high-resolution JPG image files at 300 DPI with RGB mode. If you prefer the CMYK mode file please contact me and I will manually email it to you.

★ How can I print the artwork and What types of paper to use?

→ Print on your home printer using high-quality paper, → Email or bring files to local print stores such as Staples, Target, Costco, → Upload and print online at Shutterfly.com, Snapfish.com, and MPix.com. ► I suggest using a good quality paper for print. Because quality paper will supply a quality printout. My suggestions will be thick and ultra-thick paper or card stock, with a matte option if possible. I am using that kind of paper here. However, you might also like satin or gloss, it depends on your personal preference.

★ How about color differences?

I am working with 2 professional monitors and I am testing all my printouts with my home photo printer. I do my best to remove colour differences between monitors and printers, however depending on your monitor or printer quality/calibration, still there may be some slight colour differences. If you need further assistance in this situation, I will be happy to help.

★ Can a return or exchange be made on a digital download?

Since digital downloads are automatically delivered instantly once payment is received, they may not be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
