I have an obsession with skeleton keys. The shapes, details and would love to know the story behind each door it unlocked. These necklaces are unique. Each small key hole plate has been painted with patina to create brighter statement piece, then sanded to bring some of the rust back. I used some of my favorite keys on this selection. Please note: These items are vintage. Skeleton keys were used from the mid-1800s to the 1940s. Due to the nature and age, there may be some minor scratches, rust or imperfections. However, I believe this only adds character to the jewelry. They are still stunning!! Perfect as a unique gift....or treat yourself.
