When will my order ship?

Processing times are on every listing. All orders will ship within our processing times. Please note that these processing times do not include shipping times. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm that we are able to ship it out on time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee shipping dates without prior confirmation.

Lost and Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time, we cannot control unforeseeable circumstances that may occur during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office to inquire about the package. Unfortunately, we are unable to file a claim or replace/refund the order if USPS has marked it as delivered.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our plants, we are unable to issue refunds or send out replacements for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We understand that mistakes can happen, so please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure that your plants arrive at the correct destination. If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please notify us immediately. We are able to correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.

We take great care in packaging our plants to ensure that they arrive in good condition. However, due to the delicate nature of plants and the shipping process, sometimes they can still become damaged in transit. Please take a photo of the damaged plants and contact us as within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to replace or refund damaged plants if you do not notify us within 48 hours of delivery or if you alter the plants in any way. Altering the plants may compromise their health and make it difficult for us to assess the extent of the damage.

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. If you wish to change or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if cancellation is necessary, please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, we will issue a credit for the full amount of the purchase, which can be applied towards a future order.

Please purchase a heat pack if temperatures are expected to dip below 40 degrees during shipping. A heat pack can help to protect your plants during transit, but it is important that you purchase one if needed. If you choose not to purchase a heat pack and your plants arrive damaged, we will be unable to refund or replace them. Please note that it is your responsibility to monitor the weather in your area and purchase a heat pack if necessary.

Please note that once the plant has been delivered, it becomes the customer's responsibility to care for it properly. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur once the plant is in your care. If you have any questions or concerns about caring for your plant, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. ESSENTIAL TIPS TO A HEALTHY SENECIO ROWLEYANUS:
1. Keep on a windowsill - The String of Pearls loves the light . Be cautious of giving too much direct sun during summer. It can also be kept outdoors making sure it is not exposed to direct sunlight.

2. Keep away from heaters - if you have radiators or wood burners in your home, do NOT place the Pearls on the fire mantlepiece, but be sure to keep them a few meters away from direct heat so the Pearls don't dry out.

3. Don't plant too deeply - Senecio Rowleyanus has shallow roots.

4. ONLY water when the top dries out -let me repeat this- Only water your Pearls once the top layer of soil has dried out. Much like its succulent brothers and sisters, string of pearls plants do not need frequent watering. They can retain moisture in their leaves quite well, so they only need a good watering 1–2 times a month in average.

6. DON'T over-water - The String of Pearls has shallow roots and doesn't require excessive amounts of water. As soon as you see drops of water draining from the bottom of your pot, you can stop watering.

7. Use cactus soil - The String of Pearls does not like moist conditions but prefers good drainage. Using cactus soil will provide good drainage and prevent rotting.

8. Drainage hole - make sure your plant pot has a drainage hole so that the roots don't sit in water. Again, String of Pearls needs good drainage!

Curio rowleyanus, syn. Senecio rowleyanus, is a flowering plant in the daisy family Asteraceae. It is a creeping, perennial, succulent vine native to the drier parts of southwest Africa. In its natural environment its stems trail on the ground, rooting where they touch and forming dense mats. It often avoids direct sunlight by growing in the shade of other plants and rocks. It is commonly known as string-of-pearls or string-of-beads.
