Poster paper size is A3 ( We do not supply any other sizes)
A3 measures 420mm x 297mm or 11.69 x 16.53 inches
Logos and watermarks will not appear on final images - these are placed solely to prevent unauthorized use of our work.

SHIPPING
IMPORTANT! - PLEASE READ
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (unless we should be away) and you will receive notification of when it has been dispatched. Generally I aim to ship within 3 days, but occasionally I must order specific stock, which may add a few days onto the time it takes to ship out orders.
The actual amount of time it takes to arrive at your location depends on where you are.

ADDRESSES
We get a lot of orders with incorrect addresses
attached, please make sure your details are correct!
We will not be responsible for lost orders, we can only work on the information provided to us.

DELIVERY
Normal delivery times for International Delivery vary from 5-28 Working days, This is Mon-Fri. Weekends are not counted on transit times.

PARCELS ARE SENT AUTOMATICALLY AS TRACKED DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF ITEMS NOT BEING COLLECTED BY CUSTOMERS.
I send parcels via Royal Mail, although prices are slightly high, they are still the most reliable service in the UK.
Please also note – Customs do randomly inspect parcels – This too can delay items in transit. Any custom charges are NOT my responsibility. All my items are marked and sent with the correct declaration attached.
Any custom charges are **NOT** included in shipping costs.

REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
We will NOT refund an order before the maximum postal time has elapsed. If you are ordering for a specific event; such as a birthday, please order with plenty of time. After 32 days from posting - if your item has not arrived, we will then gladly offer a full refund or replacement.

Due to prohibitive costs, we do not accept returns as the cost of posting back would fall upon the customer who made the purchase and is not beneficial to the buyer or the seller.
