Em was very responsive and pleasant when communicating. The dress was very pretty when I received it. Unfortunately, it was huge even though I had specified custom measurements and I only had a week to alter it before the wedding in which I planned to wear it. I had to go to a few tailors/seamstresses last minute to try to find someone that could get the work done in time, for a reasonable price, and preserve the painted fliers on the top of the dress. Thankfully, I found someone and Em was willing to refund the cost of alterations. The seamstress had to take 4 inches off the length, at least 6 inches off the width, and pulled the shoulders back, which was basically remaking the dress. I had to lose the pockets during alteration due to the way the dress was originally made - the front was cut differently from the back.

We had some trouble with shipping in our area and the seller was so kind and communicative with the issue even though it wasn't her fault at all. These samples are beautiful and it was easy to compare them to my sister's wedding colors so that I could purchase a custom dress to match her colors.

The dress is absolutely beautiful and very well made. Emily is super nice and helpful and responds quickly. Unfortunately the dress didn't fit my body type so I ended up returning it. But nonetheless I would definitely reccomend Emsilkdesign and their service.
