Each and every ring is hand-made in our studio at the time of order in sterling silver or 14kt gold fill gold filled wire and features a gorgeous free-floating 6mm dangling puffy heart charm. Please note that as shown in product photos, the charm hangs freely around the ring. You're going to love creating your custom stack!

This piece will ship from our studio in 1 to 2 weeks. All rings are final sale.

* There may be a slight seam on gold-filled. While we make every effort to try to minimize the appearance of the seam there are limitations to working with gold-filled metals that do not allow us to completely file the seam away.

Our personalized and handmade jewelry is made at the time you order, while we try to ship as quickly as possible, please allow 5 to 10 business days of production time. Ready to ship items are sent out as soon as possible. If you need receive an item for a certain date please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend not wearing it while swimming (pools/hot tubs, ocean) or bathing. Chlorine and other household chemicals or cleaning agents can tarnish your jewelry and even residue from soap, shampoo, perfume (spray perfume before putting on your jewelry and let it dry) etc... all of these can make your jewelry look dull. Because most of our pieces have a matte finish we include a polish pad for you to use. To remove tarnish and restore the matte finish, gently rub in circular motions over the surface of the piece (don't use the polish pad on any high polish gold accents) rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. We are always happy to clean your jewelry for you, simply contact us for instructions.

Returns on some items are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item for return instructions.

Shipping costs will be deducted from each refund to cover the amount we originally paid to ship the package. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Personalized items and some of our custom-made rings are NOT eligible for return/exchanges. Resizing fees will apply on some of our rings up to $15

Customers are responsible fo return shipping fees.
