Custom and personalized orders

We could customize the garments. We can adjust the length of the skirt/pants or the sleeve of any garment for an additional fee. For other changes, please contact us before making a purchase. The amount of the additional payment depends on the type of customization requested. Please allow additional time for custom sized orders. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchange for customized items. During periods of high order volume we may refuse customizations.

You may cancel your order before it is ready for delivery, by contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will return all payments related to the order without undue delay.

The most common cause for return and exchange requests is related to sizing issues. To ensure a satisfactory shopping experience, we highly recommend carefully reviewing our sizing guide before selecting your size. If you have any doubts or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Please make sure to contact us before making a return so we authorize it. You can contact us to return your order within 21 days of receiving it. **To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the labels attached. Please note that if the tags have been removed, we are unable to process a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns for customized items.

Please keep in mind that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost for returning the item.
