• We are accustomed to working with tight deadlines & will do everything we can in order to have your order ready in time for your big day!

• We also offer express shipping options available at checkout in order to speed up the delivery time! Please be sure to turn on your Etsy notifications when you are placing your order in case we have any questions to avoid any delays.

• USPS Priority Mail estimates 2-3 business days for delivery to all U.S addresses.

• UPS Express Mail estimates 2-5 business days for shipping outside of the U.S & Canada.

• For the 6x9 book, there is approximately 5.5" x 6.75" available space or 5.5" x 7.5" if you count all the way up to the binding (our cardstock option has ridges near the binding so that space cannot be used but for our standard sheets, it is).

• Your order should include your book of choice as well as the "engrave my design" listing which you can find in the "Guest Book Upgrades" section of our shop.

•We will then have a proof sent to you within 1-2 business days.

• Our cardstock paper is super versatile! You can use most types of pens or markers without having to worry about the ink bleeding through.

• We recommend staying away from ball-point pens due to issues with smearing. Personally, we love to use Sharpie Pens or PaperMate Flair Pens! For the black cardstock, we suggest metallic or white Sharpie pens!

• It's super simple to remove pages from our books! Simply unscrew the far-left hardware on the front of the book to access the pages once you remove the cover. You can then easily add or remove pages!

*PLEASE NOTE: If you remove/add too many pages, the provided screws may not cater to the size of the book anymore. In that instance, please contact us to purchase new hardware!
