1/4" Mini Shapes Stamps by Melody Ross / Set of 12 / Use On Chipboard And Leather -

Now you can create custom personalized pieces using this set of mini 1/4" steel stamps from the Chip Art line of products by Melody Ross. Included in the set are flowers, birds, a heart, star, leaf, diamond and butterfly. What fun!

***** NOTE: You will need a 1/4" stamp handle - included in the 1/4" alphabet sets elsewhere in my shop and also sold separately here:

To use, attach the stamp of your choice onto the handle. Moisten the surface of your chipboard or tooling leather with water then use a mallet on the end of the handle to stamp your design. (Tooling leather is a smooth plain leather that has not yet been dyed or finished. You'll get a much deeper stamp impression if you stamp your plain leather first, then color it after. And suede is not suitable for stamping (try a wood burning tool though!) )

(These stamps do not work on metal. Believe me I've tried but their large surface areas, while wonderful for leather and chipboard, are not suitable for stamping on metal.)

Set includes twelve 1/4" (1.27 cm) ornamental stamps.

I got my cute little stamps from this shop and they are adorable! I work with leather and these will work well with making designs on smaller items like wallets keychains, etc. or around the edge of a purse. So many things that can be done with these. They’re absolutely adorable and I plan on buying many more from her. The shop owner is very easy to work with and it’s just a lovely person and always willing to help.
