Single person's little studio. All the items presented will be made especially for you in 1-3 working days. Even so, every item is made especially for you - I accept returns, but I would like to ask german buyers not to misuse EU laws.
For orders in bigger quantities - I will contact you, so we can agree on the possible shipping date. Items will be carefully packed and sent within 3 business days after payment is received. I ship worldwide with traceable couriers.

I will not be held responsible for any custom fees for packages sent to international locations, or for packages sent to the wrong locations if the address provided is incorrect. I will contact you if I find a difference between the addresses provided by Etsy and by PayPal, and wait for your answer before I send your order. A shipping notification will be sent to you, as soon as the item is shipped.

Estimated shipping times: from my experience it usually takes 4-6 weeks for orders to reach USA addresses, and 1-2 weeks for Europe. Orders are sometimes delayed and reviewed by customs. Patience is needed, as these are only estimated times. I cannot be held responsible for any postal or customs delays after I ship out your order.

I ship my chandeliers via international courier. This shipment method is traceable and includes insurance for loss or damage.
In case you do not receive the package within 5 weeks please contact me immediately, so that I can start the claim.
NB! in case the package is damaged, please refuse it at the moment of delivery and sign for a claim at the delivery. ONLY, in this case, I will be able to refund you for the damaged product. I will not be able to refund for a damaged product once you have accepted the package.

Please contact me ASAP if you are unhappy with your items.

Returns will only be accepted if there is a defect with your items and within a reasonable time frame... Items must be returned in an unused state, the same as they left my studio. Returns will not be accepted if they are not resalable. Being a small studio, I am unable to meet the requirements of large manufacturers.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

The EU customer has the option to have an item refunded if she/he contacts me within 7 days of receipt of the package and returns the item within 14 days of receiving it.

I will not be able to refund:

– Shipping costs
– Import custom costs to Germany
– Returns lost in return shipping
– Returns damaged in return shipping
– Damages which are notified after 7 days of receipt of the package
