Hand wash cookie cutters in soapy lukewarm water, rinse well and allow to air dry. DO NOT place in dishwasher. DO NOT re-cut cookies after they come out of the oven. DO NOT expose to high temperatures. Do not soak. Exposure to heat will cause warping.

Cookie cutter sizing is based on either the width or the height of the bounding box of the shape; whichever side is longest. For more specific dimensions of individual cutters, please contact me. In general, shapes that are of a long and narrow design may seem smaller than expected, and for that reason, I recommend ordering larger sizes. For example, a 3" rectangular cutter that is only 1" wide will seem small compared to a 3" x 3" square. However, they will both be labelled as 3 inch cutters since the largest dimension is used. On the flipside, square and round shapes may seem quite large at 4" and larger. Irregular and asymmetrical shapes may be even more difficult to determine overall size.

You can opt to pick up your order if you live locally. I am located in Bolton, Ontario, Canada. How soon will I receive my order?

Please be mindful of the difference between processing times and shipping time. Processing or lead time is the time we need to print your cutters and prepare for shipping. Currently it is 2 - 4 business days and does not include weekends. That means it could be almost up to a week before your order ships out. A lot of the time it is sooner than that. Please contact us before placing your order if you need a more specific time quote. Shipping time is in addition to processing time, varies depending on location, and is not guaranteed: Canada: 2 - 8 estimated business days USA: 4 - 7 estimated business days
