Different stones and metals can require different care, but to keep your ring nice and new there's a few easy steps you can follow. 1. Remove jewelry before applying lotions, soap and makeup so there is no build up on your stones and metal. 2. If buildup occurs, gently wash your ring with organic soap and a soft brush. Use warm water to soak the ring and scrub gently with the soap, it should take off any of the residue. If you can't get it all of after soaking, you can use a jewelry cleaner on most stones, but not all. 3. Soft stones like turquoise, emerald, moonstone and labradorite need extra care. Be sure to not hit your ring on things, and take if off before doing any activities.

I offer free resize on all purchases, so feel free to contact me if you need your ring resized! Buyer is response for all shipping costs and insurance back to me. Current resizing is taking 4-6 weeks. Free resizing is good for one full year after purchase before the offer expires.

Can you change the address after we ship the ring

No, You cannot change the address once the item is shipped out, as Etsy doesn't have its own shipping facility, We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel that occurs due to a wrong address. However, before shipping is done you can change the address by sending us a direct message on Etsy.

Order usually needs 4-6 weeks to produce and 5-7 days for shipping in US. If you're in rush, I'd like to offer a rush service for having it done within around 10 business days to finish and then 5-7 days for arrival. And I NEED to charge you $40 for the Rush Order Service.
