Custom and personalized orders

MONOGRAMS When ordering monograms be sure to please list monogram in the order you would like them to appear. Traditional order is first name, last name, middle name. EXAMPLE- Meagan Elizabeth Stanley First- M Last- S Middle- E In the note to seller you would put MSE. Monograms will be processed in the same order as it is recieved during checkout.

How do I care for my tumbler after decal application? Only hand wash with warm, soapy water. Do NOT put in dishwasher. Do NOT apply decal to soft porous surfaces. They will NOT adhere properly. Application directions will be sent/emailed in your receipt upon purchase and with tracking information.

Orders are shipped free, first class, priority, 1-2 express shipping. Free shipping does not include USPS tracking only letter tracking. It CANNOT be tracked through USPS. Estimated Shipping Times

First class shipping is estimated 2-6 business days and not guaranteed by USPS and only an estimate. Priority shipping is 1-4 days. At this time, USPS is experiencing slight to major delays in many areas of the country. Please keep this is mind. If your order is time sensitive it is strongly recommended that the package should be upgraded to priority or 1-2 day express shipping. Shipping class is selected during checkout. We have no control over shipping times and are giving the guidelines given by USPS. We do not guarantee the ship times but want the customer know current USPS estimates and they are NOT guaranteed. Refunds are not given due to slow shipping. Ship times do not include processing time.
