Are the Rings interchangeable? Yes rings are interchangeable. Disconnecting the straps one at a time and putting a new ring in is fairly easy to do may require an additional tool such as a needle-nose plier or hemostats.

How do I put on my harness

Although there is a photo tutorial in our picture section the simple way of using your harness when it first arrived. First things first familiarize yourself with your new harness. don't disconnect any of the adjustment strap just loosen them so you can step into your new harness as if you were putting on a pair of pants. #1 Tighten the side straps first ensuring that front and back panels are centered. Side straps should be tight. #2 Tighten under strap slightly these just need to be snug. How do I put a toy on my harness

Note: there is a photo tutorial of this in the picture section. #1 Lay harness face up on a table loosen the two side ring straps, you may need a small screwdriver to assist in pulling it loose. #2 Disconnect small bottom center ring strap. (Before disconnecting this strap pay close attention to how it slides through rings as you will re attach in step 4.) #3 Insert phallus up through ring and position ii for step 4 #4 Pull narrow bottom strap up through retention ring, then pull back through two small rectangular rings back around 1 and through the second pull tight. #5 Now pull the two side retention straps tight and you're ready to use your harness

Are your harnesses vac u-lock compatible?

This is a very common question that we get the simple answer is yes are harnesses are absolutely compatible with vac u-lock brand toys. But you need to make sure that you have one of the VAC u-lock base attachment either the standard orange one that comes with their harnesses or one of their plastic suction cup attachment you will simply insert the base attachment into the toy, then insert the toy into the harness ring, tighten the strap and you are ready to go I will try to do a small photo tutorial if I can.
