Packaging
- All small prints are shipped securely in a plastic sleeve between two protective boards and shipped in a hard flat, document mailer.
- All large prints are first rolled and placed in a protective plastic sleeve
- Rolled and sleeved prints are then placed in a thick cardboard tube which is securely sealed with plastic plugs on either end
- The ends of the plastic sleeve cushion the print within the tube, protecting the edges from jostling during shipment

Processing and Delivery
- Prints are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days.
- Customers who have ordered a shipped print will receive a notification indicating that the shipment is scheduled and listing a tracking number
- Unless otherwise notified or arranged, all shipments are via UPS Ground service from UPS.

Shipping discrepancies

If you received a package that you believe was in error, first check your original receipt to compare. If you still believe that there was an error, contact me and I will determine a proper resolution.

Where is my package?

First, check the tracking information in the e-mailed shipment notification. The UPS website will have the most up-to-date information on your package location

In rare cases, the UPS misplaces a package. If you have checked the tracking information and believe this is the case, contact me and I will work out a plan to ensure you receive what you ordered.
