We do not provide international shipment, only ship within the United States.
We use FedEx as our primary shipping carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is not a PO BOX but actual physical address. Orders with PO boxes listed will not be able to be fulfilled.
We do not ship orders to Hawaii & Alaska & Guam & American Samoa & PUERTO RICO & United States Virgin Islands, only ship within the 48 contiguous states.

We have a 30 day return time frame and must be returned in original condition. Please contact us if you decide to return the item and we can further assist you and provide a return label.

All of our items are made-to-order. Orders take 1-2 business days to process, produce, and ship your order, via FedEx 2-4 business days shipping. Most often, orders are received within 3-6 business days.

We do not offer custom sizes and frame colors. ALL available sizes and frame colors are mentioned in each listing.

We will replace any damaged items and send you a replacement at any time within 30 days after you receive your items. Simply contact us and let us know about any defects/issues via Etsy messenge.

We will always send you a replacement if your item is incorrect from what you originally ordered.

In the event of a lost package by FEDEX, we will send you a replacement at no charge to you.

If we haven't processed your order yet, we'll gladly honor a refund request; we aren't able to cancel an order after it goes into print production. Contact us for any assistance needed.

Unfortunately we are not able to make exchanges as we print on automated system, we will stop production on the order and cancel the order and issue a refund. You may place a new order for the one you need.
