Step 1: Place your order and download the PDF file from Etsy.
Step 2: Use the links in the PDF file to access your editable templates on Canva.com. Canva is free to use; you just need to create an account so your designs can be saved. (There is also a paid “Pro” version of Canva with expanded features, but the paid version is not necessary for any of the templates from Key Real Estate Designs.)
Step 3: Edit the text and photos as needed. You also have the option to edit colors, fonts, and layouts if you want to.
Step 4: Print your finalized Canva files and distribute by print or digitally.
Step 5: Repeat as needed for all future marketing campaigns!

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR DOWNLOAD
- To access your digital file(s), click on the "You" icon in the top right corner, then click "Purchases and reviews", and look for your order.
- Click "Download Files" to the right of the order to access the Downloads page for all files attached to your order, and download as needed.
- If the Download Files button is gray, it just means your payment is still processing. Just give it a few minutes, then check again.
- There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file.
- If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
