I LOVE the product so I feel bad leaving a negative review. I have purchased many of the bottles both for myself and as gifts for friends. This is my second time ordering from this shop and both times the package has arrived with one of the glasses shattered and spilled. It’s a sticky mess and hazardous with all the shards of glass when I’ve opened the package. The bottles are not wrapped carefully enough for how fragile they are. Both times the seller has not been very responsive when I’ve reached out about the issue, but Etsy has stepped in to help when I filed a case after receiving no response from the seller for weeks. Etsy issued me a full refund which I was not even asking for or expecting since only one out of my five bottles was broken!
