This beautiful laser cut wood map of Chicago Illinois displays downtown Chicago in exquisite 3 dimensional detail.

All our 3D city maps are crafted from quality Baltic Birch and hand finished in Palmer, Alaska. ABOUT THE MAP:
The map is made from 3 layers of 1/8" baltic birch. The top layer contains the major arterial roadways and highways. The middle layer outlines the land and is engraved with the minor roadways and side streets. The bottom layer is painted a deep sea blue to display the waterways. The layers are individually cut and sanded before being stacked and glued with a high strength crystal clear adhesive. The map is then fitted with a frame according to the size and color you selected.

The map comes in four sizes:
8x10 (PICTURED)
11x14
16x20
18x24

The frame adds 2-3 inches in each direction. Please note that the level of detail varies with each size. If you have specific questions about what roads will be shown in a particular size map, don't hesitate to message!
