Has the chain changed for the necklaces?

1. I have had to find alternate small gauge chain for my shop. It is daintier than my original chain. Silver ox lockets started to see that new chain on them in late April 2023. Gold ox lockets and necklaces started to see that new chain on them in late Nov 2023. Brass ox changed late Aug 2024. Any questions please ask.

Shipping charges are included in the price of the items for US customers. Reduced shipping fee due for international customers.

Do charms move around on the locket necklaces?

Charms dangle in front of the lockets unless otherwise noted in the description. Most charms may be glued to the locket by request. Very few I may not be able to do so for you. Just ask please.

Custom and personalized orders

Photo edits are hard for me so it is not an option for everyone to purchase. There are some shops on Etsy that offer this service and are great at it (photo editing not insertion). It really can take me a couple hours to get one photo edited down and inserted correctly into a locket. It's time consuming, hence why I don't offer it as a listing in my shop anymore. There is also the website oddprints.com that may be of some help.

Are invoices included in the packages?

I do not include printed receipts in the packages unless requested to do so for US customers. International packages will include a printed receipt for custom requirements.

What are the necklaces made of?

Items are made of brass and most are lightweight unless otherwise noted in the item title or description. Depending on the weight of the charms the necklaces can be clanky as well.

How long are the chains?

Chains are measured from end to end including the jump rings and the clasp. So, a 16" chain is equal to about 15.5" in chain and .5" of clasp and jump rings. If you need an exact chain length with extra length from the clasp and jump rings then order the size above what you need please. Then let me know in the message to seller box at checkout time or direct message me. I can do odd lengths if needed. Chains are customized to the length needed unless otherwise noted in the descriptions.

Express mail shipping amounts?

USPS shipping rates for Express mail seem to be a flat rate but by zones. So, they are not a consistent amount anymore. I have input the highest amount to be charged, but if you are in a lower rate zone I will refund you the overage that was charged. For example there is a $6 difference in the price if you are in CO versus PA for Express mail. Thank you for understanding.
