How do I print my designs?

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Please send me a message with your request and I'd be happy to design your desired items. Here is our current price list: • Custom Invitation - $25 • Custom Invitation Suite - $50 • Custom Sign - $25 • Edit My Template - $10 • Edit My Template Suite - $20 • Change/Add Graphics - $10 • Color Change/Design Change - $10 • Resize My Template - $3 Each additional matching template will be priced based on customization needs. Custom templates include 3 proofs. Additional proofs may be purchased starting at $10/3 proofs.

Where are my download files?

You can find your files to download under your Etsy Purchases & Reviews tab using a desktop computer. You cannot download files through the Etsy app. For help downloading your digital items, please visit this link: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108?segment=shopping

How do I edit my templates?

Do you accept returns/cancellations?

Due to our products being received digitally, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges. Please feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions!

Can I use coupon codes for custom orders?

No. Coupon codes may not be used for custom orders, but may be used on other items already in the shop.

If a sale starts after I place my order, or I forget to apply a coupon code, will you refund the difference?

No. The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. We do not go back and refund previous customers for sales or coupon codes.

Do I need to have a Canva Account?

Yes, you will need to sign up with Canva to be able to access & edit your templates that are purchased. You can use both the Free & Pro accounts.

• Some technical knowledge is required to edit, download, & print your templates. • Colors on final prints may vary depending on your printer and monitor settings. We are unable to issue a refund based on your print results. • This is just a template. You are responsible for checking correct spelling and grammar. We are not responsible for any errors or printing costs related to such errors. • We recommend a test print before bulk printing. If your printer is not capable of quality cardstock printing, we recommend printing with a professional print shop. We take no responsibility for the quality of your prints.
