Fantastic Response and help given From Nicholas, Always responded quickly ,Helpful and accommodating. The Boxes ,3 of them are absolutely beautifully scripted, Colours are vibrant, And the Smell of the wood used ,just beautiful...My plan was jyst 1 for my son and Daughter in law keepsakes from their wedding, But I wanted 1 too and now in process of the next one for their Honeymoon keepsakes . Lovely well made wedding day keepsake box for my daughter when arrived well packaged unfortunately royal mail had thrown box over my gate hence box was damaged got in touch with Nicholas the seller who apologised which wasn't his fault he kindly sent another one no problem which has just arrived and intact. I have since reported my find to Royal Mail obviously nothing will be done! Box is quality sturdy and very happy with it. Thanks to Nicholas.
