How does return work?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. As most of our products are custom-made, we encourage careful selection of size, color, and specifications before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse returns for personalized or custom items, as they are made to your specific preferences.

Custom and personalized orders

You can order any design in your preferred color, size, or fabric. Please note that custom sizes may affect the design slightly. Custom fabric orders require a minimum amount for processing. Contact us at info@linencouture.com for details.

Linen is a delicate fabric that requires proper care to maintain its quality and longevity. Machine washing at 40°C is recommended, but for stubborn stains, temperatures can be raised to 60°C. Hand washing is best suited for lightly soiled linen. Use a neutral or mild detergent that doesn't contain any bleaching agents. Dry your linens by line drying, tumble drying or lying out on a terry towel, and iron them on a warm/hot setting. Our pre-shrunk linen production is highly resistant to shrinkage. As well as each roll of linen may have a slightly different shade. The shade depends on the linen growing conditions, weather, and humidity. Therefore, our recommendation is to order all the desired items at once.

LINEN CARE:
• Machine washable (cold water recommended, or max at 40 C/104 F);
• Linen will benefit from line drying, leaving them almost wrinkle-free and smelling fresh. If you wish, you may also tumble dry on low heat;
• Wash separately or with similar colors. Do not wash natural linen fibers with synthetic fabrics. This may cause pilling on the natural fabrics;
• Wrinkliness is part of linen’s charm – the wrinklier the fabric, the purer it is. Using a mild temperature on the iron, press the fabric or garment outwards, carefully stretching the fibers back to their original size. Don’t rub or press hard as this will damage the fabric. Just use a firm but gentle pressing motion;
• Shaking your linen before putting it into the tumble dryer will also help reduce creasing. Remove from the tumble dryer promptly after the cycle has finished, shake and fold carefully, making sure that details such as pillowcase borders and sheet edges are lying flat.
