Once you purchase a template from my shop, Templett automatically creates an account for you and sends an access link to the email address associated with your order. You can then start customising your template right away. With Templett, you can customise the following: • Wording • Font style • Font size • Text colour • Background colour • Text placement If you would like to change the template size or orientation, or add a backside to your design, please feel free to get in touch with me. Templett also allows you to try your wording in a DEMO before purchasing. A demo link is available in the product description of each item.

ARE THE ARTWORKS ON YOUR TEMPLATES EDITABLE?

Everything in my templates is editable EXCEPT THE ARTWORKS. The artworks used in my templates are designed by different artists and the copyrights of those artworks belong to them.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS?

Very unfortunately I’m not accepting any custom order requests at the moment.

CAN I CHANGE THE FONT TYPE AND TEXT COLOUR?

Yes, you can change both the font style and the text colour. You can select from a wide range of fonts already available in my library and choose a colour from the colour chart, or simply enter your own colour code. For templates designed in Templett, a DEMO link is included in the item description, allowing you to try the template before making a purchase. Templates designed in Canva do not currently offer a demo option.

WHAT TYPE OF CARD STOCK WOULD YOU RECOMMEND TO PRINT ON?

For smaller prints such as invitations, RSVP cards, menus, wedding programs, table numbers, and similar items, I recommend using cardstock with a weight of at least 280–300 gsm (110–130 lb). Matte papers with a slight texture tend to look particularly beautiful with my templates. For designs that feature script fonts and minimal artwork, shimmer paper can also be a lovely option. Your print shop or paper supplier will be able to offer helpful advice on the best paper choice. For larger prints, such as welcome signs and seating charts, I recommend printing on foam board or mounted cardstock for better durability and presentation.

I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE WHICH IS NOT LISTED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS. CAN YOU CHANGE THE SIZE OF MY TEMPLATE FOR ME?

If you require a different size that is not listed in the product description, please feel free to contact me after placing your order. I’ll be happy to resize your template to your requested dimensions free of charge.

WILL MY TEMPLATE EXPIRE?

Some of the templates purchased from my shop will expire within 12 months. This is necessary to protect my designs from being used commercially. When your template expires, you will be required to re-purchase it to be able to keep using it. Templates designed in Canva will not expire.

CAN I EDIT YOUR TEMPLATES IN CANVA?

Some designs in my shop are created in Templett, while others are designed in Canva. Each template is made for one specific platform only, not both. Please check the item description to see which platform is used for that particular template. If you purchase a design that was created in Templett, a Canva version will not be available.
