What size is the digital portrait?

The default size of a digital portrait is 18x24 inches, but if you need any specific size smaller than that please write a small note on the checkout page and it will be customized.

Can I guarantee delivery of your print before Christmas?

No, during the holiday season and unusual circumstances like Corona pandemic delays can happen, therefore I am not able to guarantee delivery by any specific date, I can only provide you with estimates.

Will I be able to see the portrait before you print it and ship it out?

Yes, before the portrait is printed and shipped out you will get the proof which can be tweaked (minor changes such as background color, font, size of certain elements etc.). If you stop responding on messages after the proof is sent to you, we will notify you one last time and ask you if you want any tweaks, if you don't respond again by the deadline stated inside the message we will print and ship out the last version of portrait.

Can I get a refund after the portrait if finished?

If not stated differently on the product page, you won't be able to get a refund once the portrait is finished.

I used this service twice and am totally satisfied. The digital image looks great! Clear and captures the true image of the pets involved. I gave both as gifts, and the image was a big hit! They are both going to frame the digital picture. I intend to order a framed photo of my paw friends soon. I can't say enough about these pictures.
