All items are shipped out in a new gift box or if the jewelry is vintage it might be a vintage style gift box. We then place that item in a fun print gift bag. We don't package your receipt in the same bag, it is usually left loose in the packaging for you so your item is polished and ready to be given as a gift directly, or you can open it and repackage yourself in festive wrapping paper. We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but don't mind adding a personalized note. If you have a request, please feel free to contact us. We want your experience to be fantastic! Some gold items of higher weight and value maybe take longer to process in our shop due and will not ship out for a minimum of three days. Please keep this in mind when purchasing so if you need to receive it sooner you could have an option of expedited shipping once the processing hold time has elapsed. These items will be determined on a case by case basis by us, the seller. If you have any questions or concerns it is recommended you message us prior to purchase. Occasionally Etsy does put a hold on a purchase for their team to review the validity. Our shop does not control this review, nor the timeframe. If your purchase is approved by Etsy we will make every effort to get your item out to you as quickly as possible.

Our shop will NOT ship to another address. All purchases will only be shipped to the address provided to us by Etsy via billing. This is for the purposes of fraud protection of you the buyer and us the seller.

We will gladly accept returns for refund, less original shipping costs, but MUST be notified within 3 days of receipt by you before you ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the buyer, unless we determine the return is due to shop error or we have previously agreed upon through Etsy messages. If you have any questions, contact us prior to purchase or immediately upon receipt. No returns can or will be made after this 3 day window. If an item is returned to us prior to contacting us or in "not the same condition, we do hereby reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund, all of which will be properly documented and conveyed by Etsy messages to buyer.
