A couple things to know in advance: All jewelry is hand stamped not machine engraving. I will make each piece look as close to the example picture as possible, keep that in mind while choosing any special names or details and make sure they are about the same amount of characters as to not overcrowd the piece.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry comes in our signature cotton pouch ready for gift giving.

Stainless steel and aluminium is tarnish resistant material. But we recommend treating this jewelry the way you would treat any other jewelry. Although wearing your jewelry in water will not harm it we do recommend it and to remove it before showering or swimming. Aluminium is a soft metal and by the time it will have fine scratches. These scratches can be removed easily with super fine stainless steel wool grade 0000. 925 Sterling Silver. Any sterling silver piece over the time is exposed to air will tarnish and this is normal. Oh Noo There is Problem With My Order.. What Should I Do?

If there is an error with your order that is my fault please let me know. We are here to help and will make sure you receive the correct item. If you made a mistake when entering your personalization for your jewelry, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make changes to your order before we start to make it. If we have already shipped your item, let's see what we could do to correct it.

If your item is incorrect or there is an error in spelling I will gladly replace this with the correct item. If there is no error we can not accept a return as the item is personalized and can not be resold.

All jewelry is hand stamped. Hand stamping is a method which involves each letter, design, punctuation etc being stamped by hand using a brass mallet against stainless steel block.
It is often confused with engraving or machine imprinted but that is far from the case!
It is a time consuming process which takes patience and skill.
Because of the hand made nature of my stamped jewellery, some letters may not be 100% perfectly aligned or all the same depth.
This is not a fault, it is the nature of the hand stamping method and add uniqueness to each piece of jewellery.
