The parcel is delivered tightly packed. But the fabric can be straightened. This can be done with an iron or a steamer. ATTENTION!!! Silk or wool mode with steam! Maximum temperature of the iron in steam mode should be 230 °F. / 110 °C

I love this product and would purchase from her again! High quality and so worth the monetary return for my dog. Our cat crawls in with our Australian Shepherd as well. I love it and seems like the pets have become closer. They are both frightened of thunder, fireworks and loud noises and now, they have a place to go and feel safe. This Etsy vendor, Alla, will answer any question you have and cater your order to fit your need, as she did for me. She's a marvel and this is a great option for a baby to sleep or pets to curl up in. Oh yes, you can ask her to put front flaps on, that allows for more darkness in the teepee, and the flaps easily snap open in 2 widths. Just ask...she will work with you for whatever you need!
